Location: Namakkal, Tirupattur , Raichur , Tumkur, Sangareddy, Indore,Vaishali,Sehore and Cuttack
Experience: 5 -10 years of experience in LAP/MSME

Qualification: Graduate

About the role: The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for driving loan sales, achieving branch targets, and expanding business through direct sales and DSA/referral partners. The position involves managing, training, and motivating the sales team while ensuring effective lead generation and customer relationship management. It also requires close coordination with Credit, Legal, Technical,



and Operations teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.

Responsibilities:
- Drive LAP product sales and achieve monthly & quarterly branch targets
- Maintain strong relationships with DSA and other referral partners
- Develop and execute strategies to increase business from direct and indirect channels
- Recruit, train, and manage Sales Officers
- Coordinate with Credit, Technical, Legal, and Operations teams for smooth processing
- Monitor and analyse competitor offerings, market trends, pricing, and policies
- Ensure high service standards and timely processing and Address customer queries, grievances, and escalations effectively
- Coordinating marketing activities

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Lap Sales with team building in NBFC, banks, etc
- Strong knowledge of LAP products
- Good understanding of credit assessment, property valuation, income analysis etc
