Primary Responsibilities:-
- The candidate should have hands on experience of working at customer site in MHE / Industrial Equipment / Automotive / Construction & Mining Equipment
- Must be able to resolve technical issues in Mechanical, Electrics and Hydraulics troubleshooting at Customer site in the defined target time.
- Must be able to Generate & manage Parts and service business in the assigned area / Customer base
- Keep the Territory Service Manager updated regarding critical issues faced by customer
- Daily / Weekly reporting to TSM on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned area / customer base
Secondary Responsibilities:-
- Must have valuable Communication and Customer Handling Skill
- Negotiation and Selling Skills
- 2 Wheeler and License is must
