Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors at the OPD reception.
- Register new and returning patients and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm doctor appointments.
- Manage patient queues and coordinate consultations.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
- Guide patients regarding doctors, consultation rooms, diagnostic services, and hospital facilities.
- Handle registration, appointment, and other applicable front-desk documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Handle complaints and direct patients to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain daily OPD reports, appointment records, and other administrative documents.




- Ensure the reception area remains organized and professional.

Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospital/clinic software.
- Polite, patient, and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple patients and tasks efficiently.
- Valuable telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
