We manage and scale Amazon seller accounts end to end — listings, A+ content, Brand Store, FBA and advertising — and we have trained 40,000+ Amazon sellers through our education arm. Our performance marketing team runs live Meta ad budgets to drive external traffic, brand demand and D2C growth for a portfolio of Amazon brands across categories like apparel, home, beauty, pet care and consumer goods.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on
PPC Specialist with deep Meta Ads expertise
to independently own campaign strategy, execution and scaling for multiple client accounts. This is not a support role — you will be responsible for spend decisions, ROAS targets and account-level outcomes from day one.

Key Responsibilities:





Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, manage and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns across TOF, MOF and BOF stages
- Build campaign structures using CBO and ABO based on account maturity and budget size
- Manage Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns, catalogue sales, dynamic retargeting and lead generation objectives
- Own daily budget pacing, bid strategy, and scaling/pull-back decisions

Audience & Creative
- Conduct audience research — interest stacks, lookalikes, custom audiences, exclusions and retargeting windows
- Run structured creative testing (hooks, angles, formats, UGC vs static vs video) and identify winning combinations
- Write creative briefs and coordinate with in-house designers and video editors for ad assets
- Maintain a creative testing calendar so accounts never run out of fresh assets

Tracking & Technical
- Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), custom conversio
