Salesforce Field Service Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Consultant with 5+ years of Salesforce experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing field service solutions, optimizing workforce and dispatch operations, and integrating Salesforce with external systems. The candidate should have a solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, automation, data model, integrations, and Field Service capabilities, along with the ability to work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure and optimize Field Service Lightning (FSL) functionality, including workforce management, scheduling, dispatch, and technician mobility.




- Work with business stakeholders to understand field service processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Configure Flows, Approval Processes, Permission Sets, Profiles, Roles, and Salesforce Security Model.
- Design and maintain Reports, Dashboards, and Salesforce Mobile Solutions.
