We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resources activities, support employee engagement, maintain HR records, and assist with recruitment and onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, valuable organizational ability, and the confidence to handle employees professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave, and other personnel information.
- Handle day-to-day employee queries, concerns, and HR-related issues.
- Coordinate with management and department heads regarding staffing and employee requirements.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, leave, and workplace discipline.
- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Organize employee engagement activities,



meetings, training programs, and internal communication.
- Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with applicable company policies and labour regulations.
- Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, employee turnover, and other HR activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also be considered.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and basic HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
