Senior Video Editor
with strong expertise in professional video editing, motion graphics, visual storytelling, and
AI-powered video creation
.

The candidate will work primarily on
political campaigns, election campaigns, public outreach initiatives, social media campaigns, and rapid-response political content
. The ideal candidate should understand Punjabi language, culture, political communication, and the visual style required to connect with a Punjabi audience.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality
political campaign videos, election creatives, reels, shorts, interviews, speeches, documentaries, and social media content
.
- Create engaging videos specifically for
Punjabi-speaking audiences
.
- Handle complete video production workflows from
raw footage to final delivery
.
- Create
motion graphics, typography, transitions, visual effects, lower thirds, maps, charts, infographics, and campaign animations
.
- Convert speeches, interviews, and political events into engaging short-form content.
- Create fast-turnaround
breaking news,



political updates, reaction videos, and campaign content
during election periods.
- Use
AI tools to generate, enhance, animate, upscale, dub, subtitle, and transform video content
.
- Experiment with AI-generated visuals, avatars, voiceovers, backgrounds, animations, and other emerging video-generation technologies.
- Maintain consistent
campaign branding, colours, typography, tone, and visual identity
.
- Work closely with the creative, content, research, social media, and political strategy teams.
- Understand campaign briefs and independently translate concepts into compelling visual stories.
- Manage multiple projects and meet
tight election-period deadlines
.
