We are looking for a
Customer Support Executive
who can handle customer queries professionally and provide quick and effective solutions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to handle multiple queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through
calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat
.
- Assist customers with
product information, order status, delivery, returns, replacements, and refunds
.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the
warehouse, sales, logistics, and technical teams
to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up on pending customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Educate customers about products, features, usage,



and basic troubleshooting when required.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team or senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a professional relationship with customers.

Requirements
- Good
verbal and written communication skills
.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat.
- Basic knowledge of
MS Excel / Google Sheets
.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Patient, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Prior experience in
Customer Support / Customer Service / E-commerce Support
will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
