Role Description
The Banking and Financial Services Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in India. The associate will handle routine banking and financial operations, such as processing customer requests, updating account information, and supporting transactions in line with client policies and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include reviewing documentation, entering and verifying data, resolving basic customer queries, and escalating complex issues as needed. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams,



following established workflows and service-level agreements, and maintaining accurate records to support audits and compliance. Associates are expected to meet performance targets, adhere to quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
