Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to patients in various departments such as Casualty, Emergency, ICU, NICU, OPD, OT, Patient Care, Pediatrics, and Gynecology.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities or concerns to the doctor or supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and medication administration.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
