About the Role:We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
- Manage daily posting, stories, reels and engagement.
- Create creative content ideas based on trends and brand objectives.
- Write captions, hooks and engaging social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and content creators.
- Research trending reels, hashtags, sounds and content formats.
- Monitor comments, DMs and audience engagement.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and brand campaigns.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Analyze competitors and identify current growth opportunities.




- Support product/brand launches and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of reels and short-form content.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic editing tools is a plus.
- Understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Trend awareness and a strong understanding of current social media culture.

Target/Performance:The role will be target and performance-oriented, with KPIs based on content consistency, engagement, reach, follower growth, leads/conversions and overall brand growth.

Pay: ₹11,362.09 - ₹25,000.00 per month
