Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Hub Supervisors to manage day-to-day
operations at our dark stores. Hub Supervisors ensure smooth execution of bookings,
coordinate with partners, and maintain discipline at the hub level.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor incoming customer bookings and ensure zero missed bookings.
Dispatch partners (maids/drivers/helpers) within SLA (instant bookings dispatched
within 45 seconds).

Ensure partners leave hub with all required materials (bags, supplies, uniforms,
bikes).
Maintain roster, attendance, records and shift adherence for partners at the hub.
Track supplies and escalate to Hub Manager/Cluster Manager when levels drop below
15%.
Ensure proper grooming, hygiene,



and uniform standards of all partners.
Maintain operational data in dashboards/Excel.
Coordinate with dispatchers to ensure bookings are tracked and updated accurately. Escalate issues in real time to Hub Manager/Cluster Manager.

Requirements:
1-4 years of experience in operations, field management, or customer service
preferred.
Comfortable using Excel, Google Maps, and dashboards.

Highly organized, disciplined, and responsive.
Willingness to work in 9-hour shifts, 6 days a week (morning/night).
Robust people management and communication skills.
