Lead Project Manager – CCaaS Transformation / Genesys Migration

We are looking for an experienced
Lead Project Manager
with
4–5+ years of project/programme leadership experience
to drive complex
Transformation and CCaaS migration initiatives
in a large global organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end
CCaaS Transformation and Genesys migration
projects.
- Manage project planning, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks and issues.
- Drive
cutover, migration, implementation and hypercare
activities.
- Coordinate with multiple
cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
.
- Manage stakeholders, governance, reporting and senior management communication.
- Ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines and quality.
- Drive transformation initiatives within a structured programme/project environment.

Must-Have Skills
- 4–5+ years of experience as a
Project Manager / Project Lead
.




- Robust
Transformation Project Management
experience.
- Hands-on
CCaaS migration
experience.
- Mandatory
Genesys Migration
experience.
- Experience in
resource planning, risk mitigation, cutover and hypercare
.
- Experience working in large global/enterprise organizations.
- Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills.
- Good understanding of the
Contact Centre domain
.

Good to Have
- Genesys Cloud
experience.
- Chatbot / Voicebot exposure.
- NLU, LLM / GenAI
knowledge.
- Experience with
RM Chat / WhatsApp
.
- Customer Interaction (C&I;) domain experience.
