Job Requirements
- Experience in logistics supervisor / roll operations preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Telugu communication is mandatory.
- Candidates from Andhra Pradesh are preferred.
- Experienced candidates are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise delivery operations at the assigned location.
- Coordinate with delivery executives and ensure daily attendance.
- Monitor shipments, PDA allocation, outscan, inscan, and pending shipments.




- Ensure all shipments are moved and delivered within the required timelines.
- Track daily productivity and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with vendors, supervisors, and management regarding manpower and operational issues.
- Handle daily reports, fuel sheets, attendance, and shipment updates.
- Follow up on absent employees and manpower shortages.
- Ensure company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational processes are followed.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate major issues to management.
- Maintain proper discipline and ensure smooth functioning of the location.
