Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure effective production of high-quality tiles.
- Manage a team of supervisors and workers to achieve production targets and improve productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 15-28 years of experience in the tiles industry, preferably in plant operations or a management role.
- Strong knowledge of plant operations, including manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols in the tiles industry.
- Proven track record of achieving production targets and improving operational efficiency.
