HR Recruiter for Leading Corporate Finance Advisory firm, focused firmly on providing Financing Solutions.

Sourcing & Outreach:

Find candidates using job boards, social media, and skilled networks like LinkedIn.Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to check qualifications. Coordination: Schedule interviews and gather feedback from hiring managers. Offers & Onboarding: Discuss compensation, extend job offers, and assist with current-hire orientation. Tracking: Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and monitor metrics like time-to-fill.

Required Skills & Education : Bachelor’s/ Maters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Communication: Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills. Organization: Ability to manage multiple searches and deadlines at the same time.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
