Senior Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities
Independently manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization.
Handle GST return preparation and filing, including reconciliation and compliance.
Manage TDS return preparation, filing, deductions, and related compliance.
Handle Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing and coordinate with consultants/authorities whenever required.
Handle and coordinate Income Tax scrutiny assessments, notices, documentation, and responses.
Prepare and verify GST invoices, sales invoices, purchase invoices, debit/credit notes, and other accounting documents.
Perform voucher entries, journal entries, payment entries, receipt entries, and ledger posting in accounting software.
Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
Handle PT/PTRC returns and related qualified tax compliance.
Possess robust working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and accounting processes.




Have basic working knowledge of ROC/MCA compliance and statutory filings.
Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, customer reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and statutory compliance activities.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and statutory authorities as required.
Support management with financial reports, MIS, expense analysis, and other accounting-related requirements.
Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and compliance with applicable financial and statutory requirements.

Key Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PT/PTRC, and statutory compliance.
Excellent working knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Experience handling Income Tax scrutiny and departmental notice
