Job Description :
Build, test and maintain workflow automations using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
Develop low-code applications using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
Automate processes such as:
Document intake
Exception routing
Query tracking
Reminders
Approvals
Report generation
Support development, testing and deployment of AI tools, copilots and workflow assistants.
Assist with prompt optimization and performance monitoring.
Build and maintain operational dashboards.
Support data-quality and reporting initiatives.
Prepare data for analysis and management reporting.
Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Platform integrations.
Troubleshoot automation issues and provide technical support.
Maintain technical documentation and assist users with testing and adoption.
