Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Post job openings across relevant portals, social media, and skilled networks.
Conduct pre-employment formalities including documentation, background verification, and offer letter issuance.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for current joiners.

HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Manage attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative processes.
Prepare and issue HR letters offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience/relieving letters.
Ensure statutory compliance related to HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.

Employee Engagement & Relations
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.




Support in building a positive workplace culture and improving employee satisfaction.

Performance & Policy Management
Assist in performance appraisal processes and documentation.
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to company policies across departments.

Payroll & Compliance Support
Coordinate with finance/accounts for payroll inputs, attendance, and leave data.
Support statutory compliance activities including PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and organizational data.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
Prior experience in a startup or fast-growing organization is an added advantage.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
