Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can turn raw data into actionable insights and help business teams make better, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
Turn data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
Build and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
Use Excel, Claude to analyze and visualize data.
Track key business metrics and identify areas for improvement and growth.
Work closely with business teams to understand problems and provide data-backed solutions.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business and strategic decisions.
Automate recurring reports and improve data reporting processes.




Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

What We're Looking For
Robust analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Positive knowledge of Advanced Excel
Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Freshers with relevant projects or coursework are welcome.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
