Job Description

We are looking for highly experienced professionals with in-depth expertise in payment processing and banking operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing complex and critical cases, supporting process improvements, and acting as a subject matter expert for the team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and resolve complex issues related to payment processing, banking transactions, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, and account-related concerns.
Perform detailed analysis and root cause investigation for recurring or critical issues.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to team members.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve escalated cases.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.




Ensure compliance with process requirements, quality standards, and turnaround times.
Support training, knowledge sharing, and process updates within the team.

Requirements
3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
In-depth knowledge of payment processing and banking-related processes is mandatory.
Robust experience in handling complex transactions and escalations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and support the wider team.
Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.

Pay: Up to ₹702,000.00 per year
