Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the collections process from initial contact to final resolution, ensuring timely payment from customers.
Utilise excellent communication skills to handle customer queries and concerns in a skilled manner.
Identify potential issues and escalate them to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (US Collection).
Provide exceptional customer experience by resolving issues promptly and fairly.
Desired Candidate Profile
6 months of experience in collections process, customer support, or a related field.
Solid understanding of US collection processes and regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity targets.
