Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor workers, supervisors, and staff positions.
Coordinate interviews and selection processes.
Conduct employee induction and onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records and joining documentation.
Attendance & Payroll Support
Monitor employee attendance, shifts, overtime, and leave records.
Coordinate with department heads for attendance validation.
Provide payroll inputs accurately and within timelines.
Address employee queries related to attendance and salary.
Employee Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.
Support disciplinary procedures and maintain records.
Promote positive employee relations and workplace harmony.
Conduct employee engagement and welfare activities.
HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain employee files and HR databases.
Issue HR letters, certificates, and other employment documents.
Ensure timely updating of employee information.
Support implementation of HR policies and SOPs.




Statutory Compliance
Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, and other compliance-related activities.
Maintain statutory registers and records as required.
Support audits and inspections by government authorities.
Training & Development
Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records.
Support skill development initiatives for factory employees.
Track training attendance and effectiveness.
Health, Safety & Hygiene Support
Coordinate with production and safety teams on employee welfare initiatives.
Support implementation of safety policies and awareness programs.
Ensure HR compliance with food safety and factory requirements.
