Senior Manager, Workday Platform & Integrations

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Workday Platform & Integrations to lead the delivery, implementation, support, and optimization of Workday technical solutions across the enterprise. This role will focus heavily on Workday platform engineering, integrations, APIs, automation, and Workday Extend development.

The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in Workday technical architecture, integration development, APIs, and platform operations, along with robust experience leading technical delivery teams and executing enterprise-scale Workday initiatives.

This role will partner closely with HR, Security, Enterprise Applications, and external stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable Workday technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Platform Delivery & Operations
Lead delivery and operational support of the Workday platform including tenant management, release management,



and platform administration activities.
Manage implementation and deployment of Workday technical solutions, enhancements, and production support initiatives.
Ensure platform stability, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Establish and maintain technical standards, development processes, and operational procedures for Workday solutions.
Coordinate Workday release testing, validation, deployment, and production readiness activities.

Workday Integrations & APIs
Lead development, implementation, and support of Workday integrations across HR, Finance, Payroll, Identity, and third-party systems.
Oversee integration solutions using:
Workday Studio
Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
Core Connectors
Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
Workday Cloud Connect
Workday Orchestrate
