Fundamental understanding of networking technologies, including routers, switches, structured cabling, and crimping.
Responsible for continuous monitoring of Data Center systems, reporting alerts/events, and ensuring timely coordination with internal teams until closure.
Proficient in ticket lifecycle management using ITSM or service desk tools, ensuring documentation, tracking, and SLA compliance.
Skilled in vendor coordination for hardware replacement, service follow‑ups, and infrastructure support within the Data Center workplace.
Accountable for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, capturing system performance, incidents, and uptime metrics.
Capable guiding end user for doing First level troubleshooting steps.
