Job Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities for road infrastructure projects, maintaining financial records, processing bills, monitoring expenses, and supporting project finance and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting activities for road infrastructure projects
Record purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, and payment transactions
Prepare and verify contractor, subcontractor, and vendor bills
Maintain project-wise accounts, ledgers, and supporting documents
Process invoices, payment vouchers, journal entries, and reconciliations
Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations
Monitor project expenses and assist with budget tracking
Coordinate with Site, Procurement, Stores, and Project teams
Maintain records of material purchases, labour expenses, and project costs
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements
Support monthly closing, MIS,



and financial reporting
Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance

Skills Required:
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Experience with GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations
Knowledge of project accounting and cost tracking
Proficiency in Tally / ERP / SAP and MS Excel
Valuable analytical and numerical skills
Strong attention to detail and documentation
Positive coordination and communication skills

Qualification & Experience:
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred
3–7 years of experience in accounting
Experience in infrastructure, construction, or road projects preferred

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
