Internship Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and career-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team for a period of 2 months. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, background verification (BGV), and HR operations. The intern will work closely with the HR team to support hiring activities and ensure a smooth onboarding process for current employees.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, job fairs, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, offer acceptance, and joining confirmation.
Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for ongoing and future manpower requirements.




Track daily recruitment activities and update recruitment MIS and trackers.
Coordinate with the Operations team to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Achieve recruitment targets within the specified turnaround time (TAT).

Candidate Follow-up & Joining Coordination
Ensure regular follow-up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
Share interview details, joining instructions, reporting locations, and required documents.
Coordinate with candidates to minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.
Maintain candidate communication throughout the recruitment cycle.

Employee Documentation
Collect and verify all mandatory employee documents, including Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Bank Details, Educational Certificates, Address Proof, Passport-size Photographs, and other required documents.
Ensure employee files are complete and properly maintained before onboarding.
