Job Description

ROI is looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to manage Pan-India vendor connects and execution for BTL activations, branding and retail branding projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage Pan-India vendor connects for branding, fabrication, dealer board, POSM, printing and activations.
Coordinate Pan-India on-ground execution, installation, dismantling and logistics.
Manage vendor quotations, costing, negotiations, timelines and deliverables.
Handle site recce, production and project coordination.
Ensure quality and timely execution across locations.
Coordinate with clients, internal teams and vendors.




Maintain vendor database and project documentation.
Travel for project execution as required.

Candidate Profile
3–4 years of experience in BTL / Events / Branding / Experiential Marketing / Retail Branding.
Candidates Preferred only from Agency Background
Solid Pan-India vendor network and vendor management skills.
Excellent execution and coordination skills.
Knowledge of fabrication, printing and branding production.
Positive communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Willingness to travel across India.
