VPM Jewellery King is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales team in Srivilliputhur, Tamil Nadu.

Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the showroom sales team.
Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Monitor team performance and motivate staff to achieve targets.
Assist customers and ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain robust customer relationships.
Monitor jewellery sales, stock, and showroom operations.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Train and guide sales staff on products and sales techniques.
Ensure company policies and showroom procedures are followed.

Requirements:
Any Degree / Diploma preferred.




2–5 years of experience in sales management or retail sales.
Jewellery industry experience is an advantage.
Robust communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.
Good knowledge of sales and showroom operations.
