We are seeking an experienced and detailed Senior Accounts Executive to oversee and manage our core financial, accounting, and statutory compliance operations. The ideal candidate will possess end-to-end expertise in statutory tax filings, finalization of accounts, statutory compliance, and financial auditing to ensure complete accuracy and regulatory alignment.

Key Responsibilities Taxation & Compliance: Prepare, verify, and execute timely filings for GST, TDS, EPF, and ESI in strict compliance with statutory regulations.

Finalization of Accounts: Lead the end-to-end balance sheet finalization, profit & loss statements, and ledger reconciliations on a periodic basis.

Audit Management: Manage internal and external audit processes, coordinate with auditors, and ensure all relevant documentation is prepared and compliant.

Financial Operations: Maintain general ledgers, oversee accounts payable/receivable, process monthly payroll compliances, and ensure error-free accounting entries. Reporting & Strategy:



Prepare routine financial status reports, monitor cash flow, and assist management with financial analysis to drive cost optimization.

Qualifications &

Skills Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent preferred).

Experience: Proven hands-on experience in corporate accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

Technical Proficiency: High command of Tally Prime/ERP 9, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and relevant government e-filing portals (GST, Income Tax, EPF, ESI).

Core Competencies: Strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail, sound knowledge of Indian accounting standards, and effective communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
