Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting practices and timely completion of financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting transactions, ledgers, vouchers, and journal entries.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Handle bank, cash, customer, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely settlements.
- Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Assist in monthly closing, audits, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Verify invoices, expenses, purchase entries, and payment documents.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and coordinate with concerned departments.
- Ensure proper maintenance and filing of accounting records and supporting documents.




- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and statutory authorities when required.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory regulations.
- Support the management with accurate financial data and accounting-related analysis.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the automobile/dealership industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting activities within deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with dealership accounting and automotive industry processes.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good team coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
