Company Description

Ayka Medical is a leading manufacturer of sterilization packaging and monitoring products, supplying hospitals across India. We specialize in CSSD products including sterilization reels, pouches, wraps, and chemical indicators. As a growing manufacturing company, we are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to independently manage our finance, accounting, statutory compliance, and banking operations.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Senior Accountant who can independently manage the company's accounting, statutory compliance, banking, payroll, and financial reporting.

This is a high-responsibility role requiring strong ownership, accuracy, and the ability to ensure all financial and statutory deadlines are met without constant follow-up.

Key Responsibilities - Accounting & Finance

- Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally Prime
- Record sales, purchase, journal and bank entries
- Maintain accurate cash and bank records
- Prepare monthly salary sheets and process payroll
- Process vendor payments and expense vouchers after management approval

Statutory Compliance

- Independently handle GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B & Annual Return)
- Manage TDS deduction, payment and quarterly filings
- Coordinate ESI & EPF compliances
- Liaise with Chartered Accountants for audits and income tax matters

Banking & Payments

- Perform regular bank reconciliation




- Handle bank-related documentation and visits
- Ensure timely payment of utility bills, statutory dues and recurring payments
- Monitor and track all outgoing payments

Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly cash flow reports
- Track receivables, payables and payment due dates
- Proactively remind management of upcoming financial obligations
- Report financial discrepancies immediately
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation

Qualifications

- 4–6 years of experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant
- Expert knowledge of Tally Prime (Mandatory)
- Robust understanding of GST, TDS, ESI & EPF compliance
- Experience in a manufacturing or trading company preferred
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter will be an added advantage)
