Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins
- Follow up with prospective students
- Explain course details, certifications and career opportunities
- Maintain robust student relationships
- Coordinate with academic and admissions teams
- Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets
Preferred Profile
- 3+ years of experience in academic counselling / education / admissions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong counselling and convincing abilities
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills
