Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

· Handle finalization of accounts as per applicable standards

· Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and reconciliations

· Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

· Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

· Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

· Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal accounting policies

· Handle GST and TDS compliances, including return filings and reconciliations

· Prepare tax workings and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations

· Support internal and external audits and prepare audit schedules

· Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management





· Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff

· Improve and streamline accounting processes and internal controls

Qualifications & Requirements

· B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA Inter (preferred)

· 3+ years of progressive accounting experience

· Solid knowledge of accounting principles, finalization of accounts, GST, and TDS

· Experience with accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
