Overview We are looking for a Manager - Power / Clean Energy Domain with 2 to 5 years of experience to join a growing team in the clean energy and power sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong research and analytical capabilities, financial understanding, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Conduct research across the clean energy and power sector, including academic, industry, consulting, and market research.
- Analyse complex information, identify key trends and insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Perform quantitative analysis, including baseline calculations, trend analysis, and interpretation of results.
- Work with data using Excel or Google Sheets and maintain accurate documentation of research and analysis.
- Evaluate information sources for credibility, triangulate findings, and maintain robust research documentation.
- Develop clear, structured written analysis, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the clean energy / power domain, with experience in consulting being an added advantage.
- Experience conducting clean energy research or working within the clean energy sector.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to convert complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong quantitative skills with comfort in interpreting trends, performing baseline calculations, and analysing results.
- Knowledge of policy analysis, particularly carbon pricing, renewable standards,



permitting frameworks, or industrial decarbonization incentives, will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with research frameworks used in energy, utility, or financial analysis will be preferred.
- Postgraduate qualification or above.
