Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Manager role at Urbanrise is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The person in this role will plan and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance the online visibility of Urbanrise’s projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities include performing detailed SEO audits, conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page and off-page elements, and managing link-building initiatives. The role involves tracking and reporting performance using web analytics tools, collaborating with marketing and content teams to align SEO with campaign goals, and staying current with search engine guidelines and industry trends.



The SEO Manager will also identify opportunities for technical improvements and work closely with web development teams to implement best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in SEO Audits and Keyword Research to identify opportunities and guide optimization efforts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Link Building and off-page SEO techniques to improve domain authority and search visibility.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to monitor performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess skills in Marketing, including digital marketing fundamentals, to integrate SEO with broader campaign strategies.
- Experience with on-page optimization, technical SEO (site speed, mobile responsiveness, structured data), and CMS platforms is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in managing SEO for real estate or similar industries and familiarity with local search optimization is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
