Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist will be responsible for improving Puppiezo’s online visibility and organic search performance across key search engines. This is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Delhi Area, working closely with marketing and content teams.

Day-to-day activities include conducting keyword research, performing technical and content-focused SEO audits, optimizing on-page elements, and developing link-building strategies. The specialist will regularly monitor web analytics, report on performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.



The role also involves staying current with SEO best practices, search engine algorithm updates, and competitive trends in the pet and e-commerce space.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in keyword research and on-page SEO optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in SEO audits, including technical and content analysis.
- Candidates should possess skills in link building and outreach to acquire high-quality backlinks.
- Candidates should possess skills in web analytics tools to track, interpret, and report performance data.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and current SEO best practices.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams and communicate insights clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in SEO roles within e-commerce, digital marketing agencies, or pet-related businesses is an advantage.
