Role: Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end design for a product area or complex customer journey.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research to define problems and solutions.
Drive UX strategy, research, ideation, prototyping, UI design, testing, launch, and iteration.
Simplify complex requirements into intuitive, scalable experiences.
Collaborate with Engineering on technical feasibility and design implementation.
Use customer insights, analytics, and product metrics to improve experiences.
Contribute to design systems, reusable patterns, and design quality.
Lead design reviews, mentor junior designers, and drive cross-functional alignment.

Required Skills
3 - 6 years of experience designing digital products across mobile and web.




Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and measurable impact.
Robust in Product Thinking, UX/UI, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Prototyping, and Design Systems.
Ability to solve complex problems while balancing customer, business, and technical needs.
Solid communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have
Experience in high-scale consumer products, fintech, telecom, payments, marketplaces, or subscriptions.
Experience with experimentation, funnel optimisation, activation, engagement, or retention.
Solid technical collaboration or ability to prototype with code.
