Location: Mumbai, Thane, Raigad, Palghar & Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Description
We are looking for motivated Field Sales Executives to join our commercial vehicle dealership sales team.
The role involves visiting the market, meeting transporters, small business owners and other potential customers, understanding their vehicle requirements, explaining suitable commercial vehicle products, generating leads and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
This is a field-based sales role with regular customer visits and monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned areas and identify potential customers.
Meet transporters, small business owners and commercial vehicle users.
Generate leads through field visits, references and market activities.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable vehicles.
Explain vehicle features, specifications and perks.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Coordinate with the dealership and finance team during the purchase process.
Maintain valuable relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
Maintain daily customer visit and sales activity reports.
Eligibility
Freshers: 10th or 12th pass candidates can apply.
Experienced: Candidates with sales experience in any industry are welcome.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Salary
Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month
Experienced Sales Candidates: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000/month
Salary will depend on experience, skills and interview performance.
