Job Purpose

To manage and oversee end-to-end HR Operations across the hospital, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, payroll inputs, HR systems administration, employee records management, policy implementation, and delivery of productive HR services. The role is responsible for maintaining operational excellence, statutory compliance, employee experience, and process governance while supporting organizational growth and workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities

A. HR Operations Management
Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations across the hospital.
Ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Standardize and continuously improve HR operational processes and service delivery.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and organizational guidelines.

B. Employee Onboarding & Separation
Oversee joining formalities, induction coordination, documentation, and employee file creation.
Ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.




Manage exit formalities including full & final settlement coordination, exit interviews, clearances, and documentation.
Track onboarding and separation metrics.

C. HRIS & Employee Records Management
Maintain employee master data and HRMS records.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
Manage personnel files, employee documentation, contracts, and employment records.
Generate HR reports and MIS as required.

D. Payroll & Advantages Administration
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, overtime, recoveries, and employee changes.
Work closely with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
Administer employee advantages, insurance, and related programs.
Support payroll audits and reconciliations.

E. Statutory Compliance & HR Governance
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
