We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to supervise and manage government building construction projects at our project site in Kalamassery, Ernakulam, ensuring quality, safety, timely execution, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and government standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day building construction activities
Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and government standards
Coordinate with government departments, engineers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site staff
Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and other civil works
Check measurements, quantities, materials, and work progress
Prepare and maintain site measurements, daily reports, DPRs,



and other project documentation
Review structural and architectural drawings and coordinate with consultants when required
Monitor manpower, materials, and resources for productive project execution
Assist in preparation and verification of measurements, estimates, BBS, and contractor bills
Ensure quality control and compliance with safety requirements
Identify technical and site-related issues and coordinate timely solutions
Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the approved schedule
Coordinate site inspections and ensure compliance with government project requirements

Requirements:
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Building Construction / Government Projects
Positive knowledge of building construction, RCC works, masonry, finishing works, and construction practices
Knowledge of drawings, measurements
