Role & responsibilities

Job description-

Facilitate Agile delivery across product and engineering teams building digital services and instrument software. Coach teams on Agile best practices and remove impediments to delivery.

Responsibilities
Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban and Agile practices; foster continuous improvement.
Work with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.
Identify and remove impediments to team delivery.
Track sprint metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
Help scale Agile practices across multiple teams as needed.
Relevant experience in software development in any backend/frontend technologies.

Requirements
Proven experience as Scrum Master in software product teams.
Solid facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Ability to coach teams and resolve conflicts.
Ability to understand the scope of the project and efforts needed (to be able to challenge the efforts estimated by team)
