We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and experienced Account Executive – Finance & Accounts to manage our day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, strong practical knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, and hands-on experience in GST filing and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Record and manage day-to-day financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9, accurately and within prescribed timelines.
Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer ledger reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including follow-up for outstanding payments and collections.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Prepare and maintain invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and other necessary financial documentation.




Support internal and external audits and assist with tax filings and statutory compliance.
Maintain records related to TDS, PF, ESI, GST, and other statutory requirements, as applicable.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and Chartered Accountants for accounting and compliance-related matters.
Ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and timely updating of financial records.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Finance & Accounts.
Proven experience as an Account Executive, Accountant, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
