Job Title: Marketing Head – PET Bottle Manufacturing

Job Summary

The Marketing Head will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic marketing, brand positioning, and customer acquisition in the PET bottle manufacturing sector. The role focuses on B2B marketing, key account development, market expansion, pricing strategy, and coordination with production, quality, and supply chain teams to meet customer requirements across industries such as FMCG, beverages, pharmaceuticals, edible oils, and personal care.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Business Growth
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales volume and market share.
Identify current business prospects in domestic and export markets.
Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, and sales forecasts.

Customer Acquisition & Key Account Management
Develop and manage relationships with key B2B customers.
Handle negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term contracts.




Strengthen partnerships with FMCG, beverage, pharma, and cosmetic companies.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor pricing, and product offerings.
Identify emerging packaging trends, sustainability requirements, and innovations.
Monitor customer feedback to improve product offerings.

Product & Pricing Strategy
Define product mix including PET bottles, preforms, closures, and custom packaging.
Develop pricing models based on raw material cost (resin), volumes, and margins.
Coordinate with production for current product development and customization.

Sales & Production Coordination
Work closely with production, QA/QC, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Align sales commitments with production capacity and inventory planning.
Support resolution of customer complaints and quality-related issues.
