Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end human resource operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, performance management, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end HR operations.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.




Coordinate training and development programs.
Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation.
Support management in organizational development and strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
