Exception Handling: Process and explicit orphan shipments, damaged goods, or parcels with faded/missing barcodes.
Discrepancy Resolution: Fix short-sent, short-received, or audit-missing inventory issues.
Documentation & Compliance: Rectify paperwork gaps, finance issues, and e-way bill mismatches.
Ageing Control: Monitor and reduce high-ageing pending shipments in the facility.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Align with warehouse teams, line-haul, customer support, and last-mile partners to unblock stuck items.
Reporting: Maintain daily logs and reporting dashboards regarding exception metrics
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
