Job Summary

Sky Fit is looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage the end-to-end procurement process for interior fit-out, furniture, event setup, fabrication, and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials, negotiating with vendors, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Source and procure materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with Project, Production, Store, and Accounts teams for material planning.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites and warehouses.
Track purchase orders and resolve delivery or quality-related issues.
Maintain vendor database, procurement records, and documentation.




Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store team for replenishment.
Prepare procurement MIS reports and cost comparison statements.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase.
Experience in Interior Fit-Out, Furniture, Construction, Manufacturing, or Event Industry will be preferred.
Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement documentation.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
