Position Overview

We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and qualified Montessori Teacher who loves working with children and believes in experiential learning. The ideal candidate will create a joyful, structured, and stimulating classroom workplace that encourages exploration and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Implement Montessori curriculum and guide children through hands-on learning experiences.
Prepare and maintain learning materials aligned with Montessori principles.
Observe and record each child’s progress, adapting lessons to individual needs.
Foster independence, respect, and social responsibility among students.




Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with fellow educators.
Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging classroom workplace.

Qualifications
Certified Montessori training from a recognized institution.
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori setup.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for early childhood education and child-centered learning.

Pay: ₹10,291.42 - ₹12,600.00 per month
