About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and creative
Sales Strategy Executive
to join our Corporate Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and working closely with the management team to drive revenue growth across all Chai Days outlets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales growth strategies across all outlets.
Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
Generate innovative promotional and business development ideas.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to achieve sales targets.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Recommend pricing, promotional campaigns, and seasonal offers.
Identify current corporate sales and partnership opportunities.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvement plans.
Present strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,



Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to interpret sales reports and convert insights into actionable strategies.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience in the F&B;, Retail, or QSR industry is preferred.
