Job Title: HR Executive / HR Generalist (Operations & Employee Support)

Job Summary

JRD Systems is looking for a proactive
HR Executive / HR Generalist
to support day-to-day HR operations, employee onboarding, office administration, travel coordination, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of coordination between employees, management, vendors, and clients while ensuring smooth operational support.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations
Coordinate end-to-end employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Prepare and maintain employee documentation and onboarding checklists.
Schedule client meetings, internal meetings, and interview/calendar invites.
Coordinate and kick-start client calls, ensuring all stakeholders are available.
Support employee communication and HR operational activities.

Insurance Administration
Coordinate Business Insurance and Employee Health Insurance enrollments, renewals, and employee queries.
Maintain insurance records and liaise with insurance providers.

Travel Coordination




Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel.
Book flights, hotels, local transportation, and prepare travel itineraries.
Coordinate travel approvals and related documentation.

Office Administration
Manage office supply purchases through Amazon and other vendors.
Track inventory and ensure timely procurement of office essentials.
Coordinate lunch orders and refreshments for employees and meetings.
Support general office administration activities.

Finance Coordination
Coordinate with the India Accounting team regarding Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities.
Assist in collecting invoices, expense documentation, and vendor coordination.

Required Skills
2–5 years of experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or HR Operations Executive.
Experience in employee onboarding and HR administration.
Solid calendar management and meeting coordination skills.
